Shipping policy

At JNZ Baby, we process and ship orders within 24 hours after order confirmation.
• Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).
• Delivery Responsibility: Once your package is handed over in perfect condition to the shipping carrier, JNZ Baby is not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss caused by the postal service or courier company.

We kindly ask you to track your shipment with the carrier once your order has been dispatched.
